Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently with accurate refunds. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring team members adhere to schedules and clock in/out according to policy. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, verifying security alarms, and locking doors.
