Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Lot. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, and arming security alarms. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule and clock in/out according to company policy. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and store operations, with shift management responsibilities assumed in their absence.
