Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed accurately. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring team members adhere to schedules and clock in/out correctly.
