Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely, ensuring customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals. Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, process returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks, verify team members adhere to the posted schedule, and perform all opening/closing duties including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, and locking doors. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
