Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist responsible for leading store team members in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing showroom customer service levels, and supporting store operations in areas such as sales, returns, exchanges, invoicing, and department merchandising. The role includes shift-management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership, adherence to schedules and security procedures, processing of buy online/ship to store and DC add orders, and ensuring proper handling of special orders, returns, and inventory tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Prefer additional qualifications in automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, and multilingual capabilities to support diverse customer needs.
