Retail Service Specialist responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations; may assume shift management in the absence of management. Key duties include leading customer service programs, managing buys/ship-to-store transfers, processing returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, communicating store communications, ensuring adherence to schedules, and performing opening/closing duties. Desired skills include: strong communication, bilingual ability (Spanish highly desired), and automotive knowledge; ASE Certification and RSS Certification are preferred.
