Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and locking doors and alarms. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Strong communication skills and RSS Certification required; ASE Certification and fluency in multiple languages are desired.
