Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges with correct refund methods. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, verify team member clocking and schedule adherence, and perform all opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and securing the building. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
