Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money and deposits, and locking doors and alarms.
