Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, enforce work schedule adherence, and perform all opening/closing duties including day end procedures and securing the building.
