Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise the customer service levels in the showroom; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership; responsibilities include managing purchases/returns, invoicing, POS processes, and ensuring timely handling of transfers and special orders. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Must be able to perform all opening/closing duties and uphold company policies. Desired certifications include RSS Certification and ASE Certification; multilingual ability (Spanish) is highly valued. The role emphasizes operations adherence, merchandising tasks, and supporting daily store functions to support growth and customer satisfaction.
