Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store transfers, DC add orders, and special orders efficiently, ensuring accurate returns, exchanges, and merchandise invoicing. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, enforce work schedule adherence, and perform all opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and security checks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
