Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying/securing money, preparing bank deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles.
