Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges with correct refund methods. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring team members adhere to schedules and clock in/out per policy. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, arming security alarms, and checking delivery vehicles.
