Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders while handling special orders and outside purchases efficiently. Manage retail customer returns and exchanges, ensuring refunds are issued accurately and returned merchandise is staged correctly. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying/securing money, preparing bank deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule and clock in/out according to company policy. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
