Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying/securing money, preparing bank deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
