Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Arvada, CO, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager. Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise showroom customer service levels, manage buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, outside purchases, returns and exchanges, invoicing, and adherence to posted work schedules. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring security measures, and checking/docking delivery vehicles. Required: strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: retail sales experience (preferably auto parts), automotive systems and repair knowledge, ASE Certification, and multilingual ability (Spanish highly desired).
