Job Summary
Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and drive store operations. Responsibilities include supervising show-room customer service programs, ensuring timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases, handling returns and exchanges with accurate refunds, invoicing merchandise before shipment, communicating internal messages and merchandising tasks, enforcing posted schedules, and performing daily opening/closing duties, security checks, and end-of-day procedures. The role also involves shift management in the absence of management and supporting both customers and staff in a bilingual-friendly environment; ASE/Spanish-language skills and automotive knowledge are preferred and encouraged.
