Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on customer service programs. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely, ensuring special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently. Manage customer returns and exchanges, process refunds accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying/securing money, preparing bank deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Ensure team members adhere to work schedules and clock in/out according to policy.
