Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service excellence, managing shift operations, processing online orders and returns, delegating tasks related to merchandising, and ensuring adherence to work schedules. Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preference for candidates with retail sales experience in auto parts and automotive repair knowledge.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
