Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, assuming shift management roles when necessary. Key responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising retail showroom activities, processing orders and returns efficiently, ensuring adherence to work schedules, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
