Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations; will assume shift management in the absence of management and lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service across retail and professional customers. Responsibilities include supervising service levels, handling buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, outside purchases, returns and exchanges, invoicing of merchandise, and executing cash and security procedures during opening/closing. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; role emphasizes strong communication, merchandising, and adherence to company policies. Office-while-on-the-floor duties include ensuring proper use of payment methods, completing end-of-day procedures, and coordinating with management on scheduling and daily tasks.
