Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team to ensure excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns efficiently, managing inventory invoicing, and conducting store opening and closing procedures. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
