Job Summary
Lead store team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within an auto-parts retail environment. Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels in the showroom, guiding team execution of service programs, handling store operations such as transfers, returns/exchanges, invoicing, and day-to-day admin like opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security. Will assume shift management in the absence of Store Manager/Asst. Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; preferred knowledge of automotive systems, ASE/RSS certifications, and experience in retail auto parts. Emphasis on leveraging strong communication, adherence to policy, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Experience in retail or auto parts preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desired
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair preferred
- Familiarity with customer service programs and POS/ERP systems
