Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service execution, processing orders and customer returns, and managing shift responsibilities. Strong communication skills are required, and candidates should be able to obtain RSS Certification. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
