Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store operations, and shift management. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising customer interactions, managing special orders, processing returns, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience in auto parts, automotive knowledge, and fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
