Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes shift management responsibilities in the absence of an Assistant or Store Manager. Key functions involve leading team members in customer service, supervising retail showroom operations, ensuring efficient order processing and returns management, handling store opening/closing duties, and adhering to company policies on schedules and cash management. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are essential.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
