Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, and store operations. Key responsibilities include managing customer service programs, processing orders and returns, supervising team adherence to schedules, and performing opening/closing duties. Strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required.

- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
