Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants with sales, customer service, and store operations; will assume shift management in the absence of management. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, managing returns and exchanges, processing transfers and outside purchases, invoicing merchandise, ensuring proper daily procedures, opening/closing duties, and enforcing store policies. Desired qualifications include bilingual ability (Spanish), RSS Certification, and ASE Certification; experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge is preferred. The role emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to manage daily store operations and customer interactions.
