Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist leads store team members in delivering exceptional customer service for retail and professional customers, supervises showroom service levels, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include guiding customer service programs, handling inquiries by phone, processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, managing special orders and outside purchases, ensuring returns and exchanges are handled efficiently, invoicing merchandise before it leaves the store, communicating internal messages, delegating merchandising tasks, monitoring adherence to posted schedules, and performing opening/closing duties including secure deposits and store security. The role also covers shift management in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE certification and multi-language fluency are desirable.
