Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Includes shift management in the absence of store leadership. Responsibilities include leading team in customer service programs, ensuring timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, executing merchandising tasks, enforcing schedules and security procedures, and performing opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Prior retail auto parts experience and ASE certification are preferred; RSS certification required. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge (ASE Certification preferred)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
