Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist responsible for supporting Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations; will assume shift management in the absence of leadership; bilingual candidates encouraged; lead store team in customer service programs, manage transfers and orders, process returns and exchanges, oversee invoicing and compliance with policies, ensure adherence to work schedules, and complete all opening/closing duties with attention to security and cash handling.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
