Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations; will assume shift management in the absence of management. Responsibilities include leading customer service programs, handling buy online/ship to store and transfers, processing outside purchases, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, communicating messages, delegating merchandising tasks, and managing opening/closing duties. Requires strong communication; RSS Certification required; ASE Certification desirable; bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Company emphasizes growth, benefits, and equal opportunity.
