Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team in providing exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise the customer service levels in the showroom, including execution of customer service programs; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store/Assistant Manager; oversee opening/closing duties, banking deposits, and security; ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases; manage returns, exchanges, invoicing, and proper handling of merchandise; delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to posted schedules; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and contribute to a diverse, inclusive store environment.
