Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, along with shift management responsibilities when necessary. Key responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while experience in retail sales, automotive knowledge, and bilingual skills are preferred.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
