Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including shift management in their absence. Key responsibilities involve leading team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising retail operations, ensuring timely processing of online orders and returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and fluency in multiple languages.
