Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist supports Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations; may assume shift management in the absence of management. Responsibilities include leading customer service excellence, supervising showroom service levels, handling phone inquiries, processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, managing outside purchases and special orders, invoicing merchandise, communicating internal messages, delegating merchandising tasks, ensuring adherence to posted schedules, performing opening/closing duties, securing deposits, and maintaining store security. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Desired: Retail sales experience, automotive systems/repair knowledge, ASE Certification; fluency in Spanish preferred.
