Job Summary
Lead store team members in delivering customer service and sales in a retail auto parts environment; supervise showroom service levels, process transfers and orders, manage returns and invoicing, perform opening/closing procedures, and assume shift management in absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates encouraged; requires strong communication and ability to manage POS and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- RSS Certification (required or at least listed)
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
