Handle special orders, outside purchases, and retail returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing refunds accurately and staging returned merchandise correctly. Delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks, ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, and perform all store opening/closing duties including day end procedures, verifying money, and securing the building.
