Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom; oversee and delegate tasks for store operations including POS transactions, transfers (buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store), outside purchases, and invoicing requirements; manage returns/exchanges and refunds, ensure proper payment methods, and maintain accurate stock and merchandising; perform opening/closing duties, day end procedures, deposits, security checks, and ensure delivery vehicle security; oversee scheduling adherence and shift coverage; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; the role may assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership; required to communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks as assigned; preferred: retail sales experience in auto parts and ASE certification; description emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and operational compliance within O'Reilly Auto Parts framework.
