Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, also performing shift management duties as needed. The role involves leading the store team in delivering excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, managing online order processing, handling retail customer returns and exchanges, and ensuring accurate invoicing of merchandise. Candidates need strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with desired qualifications including retail sales experience in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
