Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist will lead store team in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise customer service levels, ensure efficient processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, outside purchases, returns/exchanges, and invoicing, and perform store opening/closing duties. The role also assumes shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; fluency in Spanish is highly desired. The position emphasizes team leadership, adherence to company policies for cash handling and security, and maintaining store appearance and operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service programs and merchandising tasks.
