Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist responsible for leading a store team in delivering exceptional customer service, supervising daily showroom performance, and performing shift management in manager’s absence. Core duties include executing customer service programs, processing buy online/ship to store and other transfers, handling special orders and outside purchases, managing returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, ensuring adherence to schedules, and completing opening/closing procedures. Must excel in communication, multi-language capability (bilingual, Spanish highly desired), and demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate store operations. Emphasis on teamwork, compliance with policies, and contributing to a positive, safety-conscious store environment.
