Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading store team members in delivering excellent customer service, supervising showroom customer service levels, handling buy online/ship to store and transfers, processing special orders and outside purchases, managing returns and refunds, ensuring merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store, communicating internal messages, delegating merchandising tasks, enforcing scheduling adherence, and performing all opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
