Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns, handling special orders and purchases, and performing store opening and closing duties. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates fluent in Spanish.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
