Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including assuming shift management duties in their absence. Responsibilities include leading the team to provide excellent customer service, supervising retail showroom operations, processing online orders and customer returns, ensuring proper invoicing for merchandise, managing team schedules, and performing opening and closing duties, such as cash handling and securing the store. Strong communication skills are required, and candidates must be able to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
