Job Summary
Lead and support the store team in delivering excellent customer service and sales execution, oversee day-to-day store operations, supervise service levels in the showroom, handle open/close duties, and assume shift-management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; experience in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems are a plus. Key activities include coordinating buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, external purchases, returns processing, invoicing, and adherence to scheduling and security procedures. Required: strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish).
