Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders, managing returns, ensuring proper invoicing before product leaves the store, and performing store opening/closing duties. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
