Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position also assumes shift management responsibilities, supervises team members, ensures excellent customer service, and processes orders and returns efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
