Job Summary
Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise service levels for the retail showroom, and manage shift coverage in the absence of store leadership. Roles include overseeing buy online/ship to store and store-to-store transfers, processing outside purchases, returns and refunds, invoicing of merchandise, and ensuring compliance with posted work schedules. Responsibilities include performing opening/closing duties, securing deposits, bank deposits as needed, and maintaining overall store operations and safety. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
